Double-murder case gets new trial date
The case against a man accused of killing a Maine couple in Lake County more than two years ago is set for trial in mid-October. Robby Alan Beasley, 31, of Clearlake pleaded not guilty to three felonies, including two counts of murder, in connection with the deaths of Frank and Yvette Maddox.
