Lowell woman cleared of lewdness charges

Just because a judge dismissed the charges does not mean she has not done horrible things to many people in this neighborhood.

Would that judge want to live next door to this woman?

TO me this a lady who is standing up for her rights. WHo is anyone to tell her what sh e should and shouldnt be aloowed to sun bath in. Provided she isnt naked, no one has a right to tell her what she can and cant wear in her own yard. To me she is just standing up for her rights. It just so happens she lives next to a prick who thinks he is above the law cause he us a useless Lowell cop.

I agree 100%. You gotta wonder how far this would've gone had her neighbor not been a cop?

This woman is a complete douche bag. I hope they find her guilty in the disturbing the peace case and make her pay to move the shed back. What a complete waste of skin this stupid broad is.

First of all, why are the kids looking into her bedroom? Also, the poster is described as scantily clad, not naked - I am guessing that one could take their kids to the beach and see women (live, not pictures) dressed similarly.

Secondly, I hope the cop remembers the loud music complaint when his kids become teenagers and play their music too loud - I hope some neighbor files a complaint against them.

Third, as long as she is not showing her private areas, she should be able to wear whatever she wants on her own property. The article mentions that she put a fence up - maybe it was to have some privacy so that she could sunbathe in what she wanted with some amount of privacy.

Finally, since when is it larceny for someone to place something on your property?! That just sounds ridiculous - if you put your shed on her property, then move it yourself (assuming that it has not been on her property long enough that the shed is now legally considered to be her property).

Something tells me that there is more to this story than is being reported. There seems to be some reason that people in this neighborhood want to get rid of her (beyond the petty complaints listed in the article), but none of them are straight-forward enough to actually tell what it is.

I think to me it sounds like a bunch of ignorant upper class yuppies that think they can control what other people do, its amazing how these people think they can call the cops for whatever they want, I am glad it got thrown out of court, and if I were here i would sue the scum bag kennedy for court fees, defamation of charachter and abuse of power as an official, she may not win but drag his name through the mud, I guarantee the people mad at her bathing suit are probably jealous out of shape women that instead of going to the gym and fixing themselves they try to bring shame to those around them

Lowell Streets, Mr. Kennedy's wife is a beautiful woman with much more class than this dirt bag next door to her. I am sure the garbage men love when Janie comes out to play. These seem to be the men that do not complain. Just for the record it is not the woman that are complaining it is the children in the neighborhood asking why this OLD WOMAN IS NAKED ALL THE TIME.

Unfortunately, though I don't live in the neighborhood, I have had the "pleasure" of meeting this couple and in my opinion they are completely out to lunch. You have to experience it first hand to believe it. Its really funny.... if they don't live next to you.

Hey Frank, Well as far as the shed, can you explain to me how you would have liked them to have moved it when she put up a big fence around it and took it for hostage. Again they are nuts and unless you deal with these freaks first hand then you have no idea. THey have a huge yard but yet they put it right out side his window. She is certainly entitled to sunbathe in the nude if she so desires; just as long as she IS NOT exposing herself to the neighbors.

If she does not have privacy screens or tall fencing to sunbathe behind then she IS exposing herself to the public.
