Convicted Lowell child rapist back behind bars for violating probation

Lock him up and throw away the key. It's obvious he doesn't deserve another chance. Kids shouldn't be afraid to live their lives with morons like this guy around.

This is exactly what is wrong with our justice system. This man repeatedly raped a 10 year old girl and only served a year behind bars. That is outrageous. One year is all you get for the rape of an underage girl. No wonder the is so much rape and molestation in our country. I bet if this same man ripped off the IRS, or committed fruad by forging false checks he would have served more time in prison. Our justice system disgusts me sometimes. And this is one of those times.

This guy only got a year for the rape of a ten year old. Only a year!!! This is the problem with our justice system. I bet if this same guy committed a so called white collar crime, like fruad or embezlement, he would have done more time than a year. I believe that ALL level 2 & 3 sex offenders who repeat the crime of child rape should be medicallt castrated for the saftey of our children. In some foriegn countrys they do it or execute the offender instead. About time this country starts getting tougher.Also lets start emthying out all these people waiting years on death row.Execute them and be done with it.That's why they were convicted in the first place.

Like ezezim17 pointed out, if he got caught cheating the irs or some other white collar crime he would have gotten a ten to twenty year sentence, just look at what happened to Ed and Elaine Brown! Sad fact, in Massachusetts sex offenders recieve signifigently less jail time than many other offenders. It is time for our judges to recognize that the overwhelming majority of citizens are outraged by these "slap on the wrist sentences" and start by handing out sentences that reflect the signifigance of the crime....Victims of these crimes are traumatized for life in many cases, while the offenders serve a few months and move on...To thier next victim....

This is the stuff people were talking about when all the bleeding hearts were defending the LEVEL 3 pervert who was found working at a fast food joint full of little kids. How, in all thats Holy can you defend THAT? These guys are demented, they are wired to prey on people, they cannot be "changed" without surgical alteration like a dog or cat. One Year for this crime ? We need to locate these types of people into housing next to senators, mayors, governors and the very rich, I'd pay higher tax dollars for that type of housing for them - I'm sure they would suddenly decide the death penalty was in order versus one year - this person essential has destroyed this child's life as sure as if he killed her -
