Loudoun ranger reunion planned for June

A reunion of descendants of Union soldiers who served with the Independent Loudoun Virginia Rangers during the Civil War is being planned to coincide with the 150th anniversary of the Rangers' formation, which took place in late June 1862 in Lovettsville and Waterford.
