AMSTERDAM, NY Montgomery County Sheriff reports the arrest of Cassandra A. Downs, 32, of Schenectady, for harassment and menacing after threatening to shoot co-workers. According to officials, Downs was a disgruntled employee of Wal-Mart in the Town of Amsterdam, and made threats to shoot two other employees.
