It's absurd to think that the janitors wouldn't accept a $3.55 per hour increase over the life of the proposed contract. Replace them. The SEIU may have it's demands, but the public which pays for it all has something to say too. We, the people, demand efficient, cost effective government, and that includes the hiring of janitorial services.
