Missouri man convicted in 1992 murder for hire
A Lawrence County jury convicted a Missouri man Thursday in connection with the 1992 murder for hire death of a Loretto woman, according to LawrenceburgNow.com . Curtis Staggs, 47, of Fredericksburg, Mo., was found guilty of first-degree murder, felony murder and aggravated robbery for his role in the 1992 murder of 57-year-old Joann Rigling.
