If you’re wondering where the strays have gone, they might be with David McClelland.

McClelland is president of the mobile spay and neuter organization LifeSavers, which began the city-sponsored and -funded Trap, Neuter, Release program Christmas Day. McClelland, with volunteer help, gathers all stray cats in a given area, and has them spayed or neutered, vaccinated and then released at the location where they were picked up after they recover.
