The tiny north-central Nebraska town of Long Pine is suing a local civic organization and its board members, seeking more than $100,000 the group raised for a new fire hall.

Women are invited to develop fly-fishing skills at a Beyond Becoming an Outdoors-Woman workshop May 7-9 near Long Pine, according to the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission.
