West Logan prepares for town election
City Clerk Mark Mareske told councilmembers that he had been looking for poll workers for the election and the two early voting elections on June 1 and June 8. The early votes allow people who have to work on Tuesday, the Election Day, to be able to vote by coming to town hall on those Saturdays and casting their ballots early.
Activities abound this weekend
The Paws Squad, a local animal rescue group, will sponsor a hot dog sale and animal clinic Saturday from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. The event will be located at 87 Second Ave., in West Logan .
