Police followed car before fatal crash

At approximately 10:25 p.m. Monday, a Lockport Police Officer attempted to stop the driver of a 1995 Pontiac Grand Prix for a traffic violation near the corner of McCollum and Chesnut Streets in the city of Lockport.
