A Gilbert man who was arguing with his 17-year-old daughter over a cell phone allegedly pointed a gun at the girl and threatened to shoot her on Wednesday, Pennsylvania State Police said.

Garth Lewellyn,A principal hydrogeologist with Appalachia Hydrogeologic and Environmental Consulting Inc., will present a talk from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. April 24 in Room 301 of the Steidle Building on the University Park campus.
