A deputy U.S. marshal shot a fugitive who tried to run over several officers near Livingston, Texas, on Monday, officials told KPRC Local 2. U.S. Marshal's Service spokesman Heath Hill said deputy marshals and Livingston police officers were trying to arrest Rayford Leach on Highway 59 at Highway 190.
