In a bid to end more than a decade of talk and deliberation, Lisbon leaders pitched a plan Wednesday to take over dispatching for Androscoggin County, saying it could save money for every town in the county.

Planning Board members are scheduled to go over a site plan review application Wednesday to restore and improve the historic Lamb Block at 10 Depot St.
