Littlefork / Neglect found in patient's death
A state health investigation released Tuesday has found neglect in the case of a Littlefork nursing home resident who died after his oxygen levels dropped substantially.

A nursing home resident in northern Minnesota died hours after a nurse saw he was having trouble breathing but failed to alert the proper medical professionals, according to a state report released Tuesday.
