Two charged with setting fire to stolen Jeep

Police arrested two Monmouth County men who they say set a stolen Jeep on fire . Thomas Nole, 23, of Brainard Avenue in the Port Monmouth section of Middletown , and Emilio Fernandez, 20, of Grant Place in Little Silver, were arrested Tuesday morning.
