Today around 2:30 p.m. officers responded to demonstrators inside the Victory Building at 1401 W. Capitol in Little Rock. According to the Little Rock Police Department, 75 to 100 demonstrators with the national group ADAPT were seeking to attend a meeting to be held inside the building.

A shooting outside a Little Rock home Saturday evening sends one man to the hospital. Little Rock Police were called out to W. 44th Street, where they found Leslie Nix, 56, lying on the ground with a gunshot wound to the chest.
LAKE CITY, AR - The Lake City Police Department has confirmed two people were killed in a Saturday night crash involving two cars. Lake City Police Chief Winfred Saffell said they were called out to the intersection of Highway 18 and Highway 135 at around 8:45 p.m. Chief Saffell said it was a head on collision that killed two and injured another who was flown to Little Rock.
The Little Rock City Board of Directors is scheduled to take up Tuesday night a request from the Junior League of Little Rock to change windows on its headquarters, the historic Woman's City Club building at 4th and Scott Streets.
