DISORDERLY CONDUCT, CENTER ROAD: A Ptarmigan Trail man was cited for disorderly conduct at 2:32 a.m. May 9 when police saw him kicking an empty six pack of beer bottles toward parked cars in the parking lot of Panini's. No vehicles were damaged and police later took the man home.
