Kathy LaLonde is hoping this big gold fish - made from GelGems - will help her win money for Camp Fish Tales.

According to Tom Paige, the Bay County Dept. of Water and Sewer director, the smell is coming from a six-mile long sewer force main in the Linwood area that was installed in 2007.

In an effort to serve northern clients, Dr. Judi Ecker of the Bay City Foot Clinic on May 8 will open a new clinic in at Center and Edwin streets in Linwood.

The orange barrels are making a return to Saginaw County and other areas in the mid-Michigan region.

April 4, 2012 -- In an effort to increase safety and keep as many roads and bridges as possible in good condition throughout the year, the Michigan Department of Transportation once again is rolling out the orange barrels in the central Michigan and Thumb area.
