Construction temporarily halts some light rail service
Light rail service between Timonium and Hunt Valley has ceased until August to accommodate the construction of a rail crossing on Warren Road, according to the Maryland Transit Administration.
Shuttle buses will service the stops between Timonium and Hunt Valley until light rail service resumes. Until the crossing is completed, light rail service between Timonium and Linthicum will run every 15 minutes. Service to Cromwell Station-Glen Burnie and BWI Marshall Airport will operate every 30 minutes, according to the MTA.

Wide Load Expected On Md. Highways Thursday
Drivers planning to travel east between Washington County and the Baltimore area Thursday evening are being advised that a slow-moving oversized load could be tying up several major highways.
The truck will be carrying a 28-foot-wide steel antenna base to Northrop Grumman's electronic systems sector in Linthicum.
State Highway Administration spokesman Chuck Gischlar says the truck will cross into Maryland from West Virginia on Interstate 81 at 8 p.m., then turn east on I-70. It will use the outer loop of I-695, I-95 south and I-195 east to Route 170.
