A major methamphetamine manufacturer and distributor was arrested today and three others were arrested this week as a result of grand jury indictments and a six-month drug investigation, the Steuben County Sheriff's Office said.

A Steuben County man faces felony drug charges. Authorities say 33-year old Scott Kennedy of Lindley is charged with criminal sale and possession of a controlled substance.
