Fired Lincoln Firefighter Recruit's Lawsuit Dismissed

A former firefighter recruit in Lincoln has lost his case against the city. Anthony Grazziano of Omaha had alleged in a lawsuit that he was fired in retaliation for falling off a ladder during training in March 2008.
