Alleged abuse at Lincoln City day care by 4-year-old brings more lawsuits
A second 4-year-old girl and her mother sued a Lincoln City day care Monday for $3.5 million claiming the center repeatedly failed to protect the child from another 4-year-old. The suits, which identify the girl and her mother only by initials, f ollow $8.1 million in lawsuits filed in April against the center by another girl and her mother.
