Officials identify source of gas leak; stretch of 56th Street remains closed
A half-mile stretch of West 56th Street remains closed to traffic this morning, but a Marathon Petroleum pipeline has been identifed as the source of a diesel fuel spill that has forced the closure, a spokesman for the company said today.

Allen County rounds up dogs without licenses
In April, a Lima man was injured by two dogs which were running loose. After discussions on how to handle the increase of dogs running at large, the Allen County Commissioner's office came up with a "plan." One that has residents barking mad.
