Man Charged Following Fatal Hit & Run in Lima

Livingston County Sheriff's Deputies say a caller reported seeing a man lying in a ditch in Lima around 8:30 a.m. Around 12:30 p.m., police got a call from 27-year-old Michael Manley, who said he had hit a deer earlier that day.
