Coroner: Cop's blood-alcohol level more than 3 times legal limit after crash
Shortly before Jason Mueller's funeral Friday, the Lake Coroner's office reported the Waukegan police officer's blood-alcohol level was more than three and a half times the legal limit when he drove off the road in Gurnee last weekend.
