Water break floods Liberty Street, reduces pressure

GIRARD a ' A water main break along Liberty Street just west of Motor Inn Drive in Liberty Township at about 7:30 p.m. Saturday flooded part of the road with two to three inches of water and left area residents with low water pressure or no water, the fire department said.
