Second Callicoon bank robbery in less than a week

What on Earth is happening in Callicoon? Is there a full time police force? Did the second thief get apprehended? The Record has nothing. I know economic times for some are tough, but God forbid if someone is needlessly gets hurt. Does Callicoon have any more banks? Doesn't things happen in threes?
