GEORGETOWN, Texas -- It's hard to miss that it's Election Day outside the Georgetown School District administration building in Williamson County.

According to Leander police, it happened around 6:40 p.m. when 76-year-old Eugenio Tai of Leander was traveling north on US 183 in his Chevy pickup.
