Driver, pedestrian dead in Friday morning wreck
Lexington coroner Harry Harman identified those killed as Robert A. Beaver, 27, of Batesburg-Leesville, and Terry R. Parker, 57, of Marion, N.C. The South Carolina Highway Patrol reported that Beaver was headed west on U.S. 378 around 2:25 a.m. when he lost control of his Mazda sedan and ran off the left side of the road.
