Don't have all the facts, but she agreed to bathe with him at his house. It appears she broke the restrianing order not him, they take a hot bath together and then she says he sexually assaulted her, sounds a little fishy to me. Like I said I don't have all the facts but the ones that I read don't seem worthy of the charges or penalties that are being handed down.
