Man facing attempt murder charge has bond reduced

A Lexington man facing attempted murder and sexual assault charges had his bond reduced to $500,000, 10 percent following a hearing Friday in Dawson County District Court.

As of 11/14/09 he still hasn't posted bond!!! Everyone needs to hope that he stays in jail its where he needs to be!!!!

Don't have all the facts, but she agreed to bathe with him at his house. It appears she broke the restrianing order not him, they take a hot bath together and then she says he sexually assaulted her, sounds a little fishy to me. Like I said I don't have all the facts but the ones that I read don't seem worthy of the charges or penalties that are being handed down.
