A dog taken in by the Thomasville Animal Control is fighting for her life at the Davidson Animal Hospital in Lexington, N.C. An anonymous tip led an animal control officer to the dog, named "Hope," who was near death, and two other dogs who were also badly neglected, but not as pitiful as the emaciated German shepherd mix.
