Hell the Federal Reserve (private bank) has scammed us ALL out of endless amounts of money and continues to do so, but we apparently don't care about that. =/

Is the man's name Ron Payne? He's scanned thousands out of millions of dollars and no one seems to care. Just seems like a case of monkey see, monkey do. Business as usual in Owensboro.
