Levering man sentenced for attempted sexual assault

A 22-year-old Levering man was sentenced in Emmet County's 57th Circuit Court to 12 months in jail, with credit for two days, and five years probation for one count of attempted third-degree criminal sexual conduct involving a 14-year-old Petoskey girl.
