The Limestone County Sheriff's Department reported the following arrests Tuesday: Donna Hargrove, 38, of 27238 Salem Minor Hill Road in Lester, an employee at Piggly Wiggly in Elkmont, was arrested and charged with theft and fraudulent use of a debit or credit card.
