Worcester Central District Court Judge Robert G. Harbour Ryan M. Irwin, 22, of 8 Woodland Drive, Leicester, charged with assault and battery, placed on probation for 1 year, ordered to attend a batterers' program, $350 batterer's fee; and vandalizing property, dismissed upon payment of $250 restitution and bar advocate fee.
