Thomas Lee VanHorn, 46, of Kunkletown; on suspicion of drunken driving; state police at Lehighton said VanHorn was on Route 534 at 6:50 p.m. Sunday when he hit a guardrail as he shifted a grocery bag on his motorcycle; police said he was under influence of alcohol; he was taken to Pocono Medical Center for treatment.
