Three charged with manufacture and distribution of narcotics

Sheriff Sam Craft of the Vernon Parish Sheriff's Office has reported that three individuals have been arrested following a joint investigation by the Vernon Parish Narcotics Task Force, The Department of Justice Drug Enforcement Agency, and the Louisiana State Police.
