Deputies use K-9 to detain Beverly Hills man
Deputies released a K-9 on a 19-year-old Beverly Hills man Thursday. Deputies pulled over Michael Richard Venticinque, of 5068 W. Ranger St., on West Flare Lane in Lecanto for speeding on North Lecanto Highway, according to the Citrus County Sheriff's Office arrest report.
Even though only one will win the prize, all five participants in the inaugural CHANGE outreach program already consider themselves winners.
