WICHITA, Kan. - A man charged with murdering Kansas abortion provider Dr. George Tiller has been advocating through mailings from his jail cell that such killings are justifiable.

He may have some mental issues, but from all that I've heard the insanity plea won't save him. He's not bad off enough for one. He knew exactly what he was doing.
