Ameris Bank Announces Acquisition of One Georgia Bank and High Trust Bank
The Georgia Department of Banking & Finance declared One Georgia Bank in Atlanta, and High Trust Bank, headquartered in Stockbridge closed today and appointed the FDIC as receiver for both financial institutions.
