Police: Man Tried To Lure, Sexually Assault Child

Who are we to pass judgement on somebody especially if you dont even know him. Ricky is a very caring man. He has kept my daughter before and I had no worries. He has four daughters, one close to the same age as the girl. We have no idea what happened, maybe he was just giving her a ride.I am praying for his family.
