Flash Flood Warning issued as heavy rain falls
Heavy rain over much of Region 8 has caused minor flooding in several areas. The National Weather Service issued a Flash Flood Warning until mid-morning for Clay, Craighead, Dunklin, Greene, Lawrence, Mississippi, Pemiscot, Poinsett, and Randolph counties.
