AG Six, Police Discuss Serial Rapist At KU, KSU

Thursday, September 10, 2009 Kansas Attorney General Steve Six and law enforcement officers are again warning students of a serial rapist they believe is responsible for 13 attacks at Kansas State University and the University of Kansas .

Did they think 12 rapes wasn't worth reporting as a serial rapist? Politics and fear of public outrage. That is why it took this long to bring it out into the open.

Or maybe it's because the rapist is a cop.
