A Macksville woman was hospitalized and a Larned man suffered possible injuries Friday after two vehicles collided in Pawnee County, 8 miles north of Macksville.

An 18-year-old Larned man was killed Monday south of Hays. The Kansas Highway Patrol reported Trevor Houston Greathouse was killed when two vehicles struck head-on about 8 miles south of Hays.

Christopher Burke joined the staff at the central Kansas facility in 2005. He was director of the sexual predator treatment program before being named superintendent last fall by then-Secretary of Social and Rehabilitation Services Rob Siedlecki.
