Paramedic's Corner: July was busy month as - trauma season' starts
July was busy at the Pulaski County Ambulance District as we remain right in the middle of the warm weather months - what we refer to as "trauma season." PCAD personnel responded 463 times to the sick or injured in July, bringing the yearly total of responses to date up to 3,107 patients.

LAQUEY, Mo. a ' A Laquey woman faces charges of driving while intoxicated as a persistent offender following a Saturday evening rollover wreck that totaled her car, according to Missouri State Highway Patrol reports.

Officials with the Pulaski County Circuit Court have reported the following actions in recent cases: Christopher B. Wright, 26, of Laquey, pleaded innocent on June 26 to three Class C felony charges of forgery accusing him of completing three Waynesville Police Department citations on Jan.

There are reports of a possible tornado near Lebanon, according to the National Weather Service in Springfield.
