POSSESSION OF DRUGS , 12:07 p.m. June 16: Ryan Tinari, 22, of Langhorne, Pa., was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana following a traffic stop on Route 202-31. Police say Tinari was initially stopped for having a broken tail light.
