North Texas police have arrested a trucker in the death of a woman whose body was found wrapped in a sheet on a Lubbock street.

Kenneth Ray Dunn, 54, is being charged with the murder of Stephanie Williams. He was arrested at 9:32 a.m. by Lancaster police and Lubbock police detectives at his employer, High Country Transport in Lancaster, TX.

A 58-year-old man from Lancaster, Texas, died from drowning today in an accident at The Villages Marina on Lake Palestine, according to Gary Alfred, Smith County Precinct 2 Justice of the Peace.

Dallas police and U.S. Marshals early Saturday morning arrested the third and final suspect wanted for the fatal shootings of two teenagers, including a former Lincoln High basketball standout , whose bodies were found burned in a car trunk last month.

The mother of Steven Govan, the former Lincoln High School basketball standout who along with another man was fatally shot then set on fire in a car last month in Dallas , is asking for the public's help in apprehending a third suspect in the grisly murders.
