Man will not be cited for accident involving girl on bicycle

PLEASANT TOWNSHIP - A Lancaster man will not be cited for an accident involving an 8-year-old bicyclist Sunday, said Trooper Brian Jones of the State Highway Patrol Lancaster Post.
