DELAWARE TWP. - Township police report three traffic accidents. Two cars collided at Route 523 and Ferry Road on June 3 at 5 p.m. Patrolman David Schuacher determined that Lawrence C. Pharo III, 59, of Warrington, Pa., was driving south on Route 523, when Donna Murphy, 49, of Lambertville pulled out in front of him, police said.
